Look who is getting on the Lipodissolve bandwagon. According to The Sun of Las Vegas, Britney Spears visited a liposuction specialist called the Advanced Lipo Dissolve Center in order to melt away some of the fat that has accumulated on her stomach due to her two childbirths.
